1. Rendezvous Bowl
A Jackson Hole icon. Accessible from the top of the tram, Rendezvous Bowl offers big mountain skiing at its best — wide, steep, and usually blanketed with perfect powder. The views of the Tetons are breathtaking, and on a bluebird day, there’s nowhere else we’d rather be.
Best for: Confident advanced skiers who love deep snow and wide-open turns
2. Laramie Bowl
Just below the tram, Laramie Bowl delivers long, consistent pitches that hold great snow. It’s a local favorite on powder mornings, offering the perfect mix of challenge and flow.
Best for: Intermediate to advanced skiers looking for big vertical and smooth lines
3. Moran Woods
For those who love trees and soft turns, Moran Woods is a hidden gem. Tucked between the Thunder and Sublette chairs, it offers perfectly spaced trees and pockets of untouched powder long after the lifts start spinning.
Best for: Powder hunters and those who like exploring off-trail
4. Gros Ventre
Smooth, wide, and scenic — Gros Ventre is a go-to for family laps and warm-up runs. It starts near the top of the Bridger Gondola and winds all the way to the base, offering stunning views the entire way down.
Best for: Families, friends, and skiers of all levels
5. Alta Chutes
If you’re looking for the full Jackson Hole experience, head to Alta Chutes. These legendary double-black runs deliver steep pitches, deep snow, and plenty of adrenaline. They’re not for the faint of heart — but they’re the runs that make Jackson famous.
Best for: Expert skiers chasing classic Jackson Hole terrain
